This is a high-touch, discussion-rich group experience limited to just 10 women. We work our way sequentially through the 6 pillars, giving particular attention to the first 3. There’s a clear structure and expert content, all infused with support, sharing, & connection.

What’s Studio Time, and how is it different from the 8-week live sessions?
So glad you asked — Studio Time is your lifetime-access pass to ongoing support, growth, and connection.
While the 8-week sessions follow a structured curriculum with weekly learning, reflection, and homework, Studio Time is more fluid and flexible — like ongoing office hours for your career.
We meet live twice a month on Zoom for group coaching, community discussion, and real-time problem solving. Sometimes I bring fresh tools or guest experts; other times we simply workshop challenges, explore the 6 Pillars more deeply, and support each other through whatever’s unfolding.
Bring your questions, your wins, your roadblocks — or just listen in and learn from what others are navigating. You’ll gain insight not only from me, but from a brilliant community of mission-driven professionals who are building careers with clarity and purpose.

How much time should I set aside each week?
Plan for about 2–3 hours per week:
· 90 minutes for the live session
· Additional time for reflection, homework, or course materials
· Remember: this is a temporary investment of time for a long-term gain in clarity, direction, and income.
